Why Las Vegas? Because Vegas is that perfect intersection of capital, tourism, and sheer opportunity. It’s a city that’s always pushing the envelope, and we’re here to do the same with real estate. For the first time, Seed2Table is stepping into the world of major real estate developers. We’re talking about those building iconic hotels, new sports districts, high-rises, and multi-use facilities that are reshaping the skyline. This is a whole new level for us, and we’re thrilled to dive in.
The Venue: The Otonomous Hotel
And where better to host than at the world’s first AI-powered hotel, the Otonomous Hotel? This incredible venue is owned by none other than Philippe Ziade, a powerhouse developer who’s basically Mr. Las Vegas. He’ll be hosting and even pitching at the event, adding that extra touch of Vegas flair.
What’s on the Horizon?
This is just the start. While we’re launching with real estate, we’ve got big plans for Vegas. We’ll be hosting defense and tech events here too, because this city is the ultimate hub for bringing people together. With endless hotels, an unbeatable location, and that signature Vegas excitement, it’s the perfect place for our next chapter.
